Today, we are excited to announce that we are embarking on an upgrade process for our nodes currently utilizing the VMware Hypervisor.
All servers currently running VMware will be phased out, starting with the Angeles Servers.
In their place, we’re introducing the new Dual Xeon E5-2690V4 Server with NVME Disks—a powerful replacement for the older servers.
As part of this transition, we will be migrating to Virtualizor. Unfortunately, due to compatibility constraints, we won’t be able to directly migrate your existing VPS to the Virtualizor server.
Here’s the plan: LA Server
1. We will create one VPS on the Virtualizor Node for you.
2. You’ll have 30 days to migrate to your new VPS.
3. If we don’t receive a response from you within this timeframe, we will remove your VPS from the VMware Hypervisor.
We understand that this change may raise questions, so we’ll review each case individually and open a support ticket for further assistance. If we don’t hear back regarding your VM, it will be completely removed.
Please note that it’s crucial for your LifeTime Service or Other Plan to remain active. If your VPS is unused and we don’t receive communication from you within 30 days, it will also be removed.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this transition. Our commitment remains steadfast—to continually improve and provide top-notch services.
Update:
All Lifetime Plans, will be Migrated with a $20 fee per VM, this payment is one-time.
